White Rabbit was founded in 2016 by Chris Miller, who was previously Commercial Director for the Soho House Group after starting his career in Private Equity with a focus on consumer brands, fashion, and restaurants. The incubator empowers partners to successfully navigate a high growth journey by drawing on the diverse experience of the White Rabbit team – experience that spans the full hospitality journey. From start-up food stall, to single-site launch, to billion-pound valuations.

Since its creation, White Rabbit has opened 15 restaurants backing four different brands: Kricket, Lina Stores, Island Poke and Kym’s. We work with an obsessive focus on hospitality, and attention to detail, understanding what is needed to succeed in the hospitality market.
