WHAT ARE MY MAIN DUTIES?
As a Back of House Manager, your role will involve leading the team in supporting the chefs in maintaining kitchen cleanliness, operating dishwashing equipment, and other general kitchen duties.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the kitchen and restaurants are clean and tidy at all times.
- Processing of invoices and monitoring deliveries
- Keeping the storerooms in order.
- Ensuring hygiene and health and safety standards are always met.
- Working with the kitchen to provide excellent service to our guests.
WHAT DO I NEED?
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role: Experience in a luxury multisite venue would be a distinct advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
- Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently.
