What will you be doing?

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a remarkable experience. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and that our team members are empowered to succeed. You will lead by example, upholding our core values.

  • HOSPITALITY IS AT OUR CORE - Ensure that every guest who walks through our doors feels welcomed, valued, and appreciated. Lead by example and instil a culture of warm and genuine hospitality among the restaurant team.
  • WE DO THE RIGHT THING - Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all aspects of your role. Address any issues or concerns promptly and transparently, always seeking to do what is right for our guests, team, and the company.
  • WE PURSUE EXCELLENCE - Work closely with the management team to maintain and elevate the quality of our food, service, and overall guest experience. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • WE ARE ALL ENTREPRENEURS - Encourage a sense of ownership and initiative among the team. Actively participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, marketing strategies, and operational improvements that contribute to the restaurant's success.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • A commitment to upholding ethical standards.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
