WHAT ARE MY MAIN DUTIES?

As a Kitchen Porter your role will involve supporting the chefs in maintaining kitchen cleanliness, operating dishwashing equipment, and other general kitchen duties.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the kitchen and restaurants are clean and tidy at all times. 
  • Keeping the storerooms in order. 
  • Ensuring hygiene and health and safety standards are always met.
  • Working with the kitchen to provide excellent service to our guests.

WHAT DO I NEED?

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Previous experience in a similar role: Experience in a luxury venue would be a distinct advantage.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
  • Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently.
